Tip #7 – Move Mindset

🤸🏽‍♂️Move your body any way you want!🧘🏽‍♀️

I know the holidays have us hustlin and bustlin in so many directions it can make us stressed out. Use intentional movement as a way to destress and keep extra holiday weight gain at bay.

Tip #7 – Move Mindset

1) When you are going shopping for those gifts, make that walking time POWER walking time.
2) Park further away from the front door of the store
3) Purposely plan out your day to fit in a 20-30 minute workout. I can hook you up with quick online at-home workouts!
4) When you can, carry packages from the store instead of using the cart. Build strength and endurance.
5) As your listening to Christmas music and cooking dinner, dance around your kitchen. Or to any music.

It’s easy to get movement in daily, just make the effort to be intentional. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you for it!!
