Do you see the pattern here? YOU are in charge of your health, no one else. YOU get to decide if you want to bring a healthy dish to the potluck or not. Don’t let others bully you with their comments and judgments. You do you boo💋

Tip #8 – Let go of the guilt.

Avoiding weight gain during the holidays and staying on the healthy train isn’t all about food and physical activity. It’s about moderating yourself and balancing your overall health, which includes your emotions. How beneficial is it to be fit and strong when you are miserable and sad inside? It’s not a place to be. In fact, when stress levels are up, the stress hormone cortisol could increase. That hormone is linked to an increase in appetite. The holidays are a happy time so just enjoy and make intentional choices that YOU ARE OK WITH.

😉 Peace ☮️ and love ❤️ my friends😘
